To be actionable, a notice must include ALL of the following:

• your physical or electronic signature (typed full name is acceptable);
• identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
• identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with a URL or precise location on the Service;
• your contact information (name, address, telephone, email);
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Incomplete notices will not be processed. Knowingly false notices may result in liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. §512(f) and equivalent laws.

On a valid notice we will, without undue delay: (a) remove or disable access to the material, (b) notify the affected user where possible, and (c) log the action. Repeat infringers' accounts will be terminated.

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same contact. It must include your identification, a description of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury of a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake, and consent to the jurisdiction of the courts specified in our Terms.
