Terms of Use

FIGHTSCORE.APP™ is an unofficial fan tool for scoring, timing and reviewing combat sports bouts (MMA, boxing, kickboxing and related disciplines). All scores, suggestions, timelines and reports produced by the Service are personal opinions of the Userand have no official standing whatsoever.

The Service's guiding principle is: "FightScore™ Suggests. You Decide." Any AI suggestion is a heuristic hint — the User is the sole judge of the outcome.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to UFC, KSW, PFL, Bellator, ONE Championship, Glory, K-1, WBC, WBA, IBF, WBO, IBO, the Association of Boxing Commissions, any state athletic commission, any promotion, any sanctioning body, any broadcaster or any fighter, coach or official. All third-party marks, event names and fighter names are used for identification only and remain the property of their respective owners.

The Service is free forever for fans in Guest Mode; no account is required. Data created in Guest Mode is stored locally on your device. Creating an account is optional and enables cloud sync. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secret.

You must not, and must not attempt to:

• use the Service to impersonate an official judge, commission or promotion;
• present scores, reports or graphics generated by the Service as sanctioned or official;
• use the Service as the basis for gambling, betting or wagering decisions;
• harass, defame or threaten fighters, officials, users or third parties;
• scrape, reverse engineer, decompile or bulk-extract data from the Service;
• upload unlawful, infringing, hateful or otherwise objectionable content;
• interfere with the security, integrity or availability of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, for any breach.

You retain ownership of notes, comments and other content you submit ("User Content"). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt and display User Content solely to operate and improve the Service, and to render graphics and reports you generate. You warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to your User Content.

FIGHTSCORE.APP™, FightScore™, FightTimer™, FightTimeline™, FightRaport™, Two Thumbs Scoring™, Control Pad Scoring™, Official Reports™, Round Summary™, Fight Summary™, Judging Philosophy™ and related names, logos and trade dress are trademarks of the Operator. All rights are reserved. Nothing in the Service grants you any right or licence to use these marks except as expressly permitted in writing.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. We do not warrant that scores, suggestions, statistics or reports are accurate, complete or free of error.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Operator, its owners, directors, employees or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the Service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

For fans using the free Service, the Operator's total aggregate liability is limited to EUR 0 (zero). For paid B2B services (Official Reports™), total aggregate liability is capped at the fees actually paid by the client to the Operator in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Operator from and against any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Service, (b) your User Content, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right.

Paid B2B services are governed by a separate order confirmation which, together with these Terms, forms the contract. Digital reports are non-refundable once delivered. Delivery timelines are estimates unless expressly agreed in writing.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (e.g. Google authentication, X/Twitter share intents, WhatsApp contact). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms; the updated version takes effect when posted at this URL. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of competent jurisdiction for the Operator's registered seat, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights of users domiciled in the EU/EEA.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision shall be replaced with an enforceable provision that reflects the original intent as closely as possible.
